Property blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this new image drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and features a legend detailing various parts of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as designs for dock shelters.
Additional images made public as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
